Walk through the GSOC we operate daily and the great new space we set up for them: the layout, the tech stack, and the reasoning behind both. You’ll see how we set up the space for focus during long shifts, and the tools our analysts rely on, shift after shift.

No panel format, no time limit on the hard questions. Our product, design, and SOC leaders are just around, the whole time, for whatever you want to ask.

As we’ve proven, AI agents are great at the grind: triaging noise, closing out the obvious stuff. But what happens when it gets it wrong? How much more accurate are robots than humans? And with so many new ways to automate incident response (think drones, robots, even loudspeakers), which are right for your program while still keeping humans safe? Some calls still belong to a person, but where is that line? We’ll have a guest speaker to facilitate a conversation about how you might define it for your security program.

Duty of care changed permanently in December 2024 after the UHC shooting. Every security program owner we spoke to made changes after the incident. It’s time to look back and answer the harder question: Have we done enough? We’ll get into discussions: what did you change, have any changes been quietly rolling back, who owns the call when legal and security disagree, and how you protect people without turning badge-in into a border crossing.

It wouldn’t be Los Angeles if we weren’t “manifesting” something during this event. Bring your wishlist of things that would make life in your security program easier. It doesn’t have to be related to software, but rather the program as a whole. We run a GSOC too, and we are bringing our team in to collaborate with you in what we hope is a lively discussion around all the things we wish could be changed to improve our SOC: be it staffing, software, hardware, buildings… you name it.

You’ll see what we’re building next before the rest of the world does. And in doing so, we’re asking for your honest feedback: what sounds exciting? Where would you like to have more input? What have we not considered that we should?

We’ll review recently-released capabilities, demo beta versions of new ideas, and provide insight into our vision for the next 12 months.
